These Terms and Conditions (the "T&C") govern the participation in the EverPeak / Attune Insurance Kickstart Promotion (the "Promotion"). By participating, the sub-producer agrees to be bound by these T&C.
The Promotion commences on January 1, 2026, at 12:01 AM ET and concludes on March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Activity Period"). All qualifying activities must occur within the Activity Period.
Participation in the Promotion is strictly limited to appointed "LIVE" sub-producer of EverPeak / Attune Insurance. The Promotion is open only to licensed insurance sub-producers having an in-force contract with EverPeak / Attune or writing policies through an entity with an in-force contract with EverPeak / Attune.
To be eligible for the $25 Gift Card incentive, the sub-producer must be LIVE with Attune Insurance and have recorded zero (0) bind activity with EverPeak / Attune Insurance prior to the start of the Activity Period. The bind must issue and result in a policy that is in force at the conclusion of the Activity Period
The Promotion may not be available in all states and is void where prohibited by law.
The Promotion offers two distinct incentive tracks: a Raffle Entry component and a First Bind incentive component.
Only quotes and binds submitted under the following EverPeak / Attune Insurance product lines will count toward eligibility and incentive metrics for this Promotion:
Quotes or binds from any other product line offered by EverPeak / Attune Insurance will not be considered qualifying activity.
The Raffle Prizes consist of Ten (10) individual $100 Gift Cards.
A random drawing of winners will be conducted by EverPeak / Attune Insurance on April 7, 2026.
An eligible sub-agent may win more than one raffle prize if their name is selected multiple times during the random drawing.
Winners will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) business days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to confirm eligibility within seven (7) business days of notification, Attune reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
This Promotion is not part of the Attune producer contract. Nothing in the Promotion or in these rules amends or alters the producer contract between EverPeak / Attune and the sub-producer.
Only quotes and policies submitted and bound according to EverPeak / Attune Insurance's standard underwriting guidelines and procedures will be considered qualifying activity. The Promotion is not a guarantee that insurance coverage will be bound. Attune reserves the right to disqualify any quote or bind activity deemed fraudulent or in violation of its procedures.
All incentives (Gift Cards) will be delivered to the qualifying sub-producers on or about April 14, 2026, subject to verification of qualifying activity. Gift Cards will be distributed via a method determined by EverPeak / Attune (e.g., electronic delivery).
No Reward may be passed through in whole or in part to any customer.
Sub-producers are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws and regulations regarding producer compensation.
Sub-producers are responsible for any applicable taxes on rewards they receive. EverPeak / Attune may be required to issue an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent for the value of the rewards earned.
Attune Insurance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these T&C at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice. Any such action will not affect incentives already earned prior to the date of modification, suspension, or termination.
The sub-producer agrees that any claim or dispute regarding the Promotion will be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration in New York, NY in accordance with the current commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
