If Attune Workers’ Compensation (EverPeak) new business premium (Net Written Premium) bound between June 5th, 2024 and Sept 5th, 2024 hits the following thresholds, agency is eligible for a one-time bonus, as detailed below. Final bonus amount depends on total new business premium bound and the percentage of total policies where the governing class code is “Preferred,” as defined in Attune Underwriting guidelines located in the Attune Portal.
Baseline bonus amount: Attune Workers’ Compensation New Business Net Written Premium 6/5 - 9/5
Amounts are not interpolated between thresholds. Baseline bonus eligibility is determined by the highest threshold the new business premium crosses, so if new business is between two thresholds, the smaller threshold is what determines the baseline bonus.
The percentage of “Preferred” policies (“% Preferred”) is defined as the number of policies where the governing class code is marked “Preferred” in the Attune Underwriting guidelines divided by the total number of policies written during the promotion period. The “Book Mix Multiplier” is determined based on the % Preferred as follows:
Multiplier is linearly interpolated between thresholds. Percentages are rounded to whole numbers, and multipliers are rounded to two decimal places.
The final bonus amount is determined by multiplying the Baseline bonus amount and the Book mix multiplier as defined above. The final bonus amount is rounded to the nearest whole dollar.
Please note, a full list of eligibility guidelines and classes is located in the Attune Portal. If a policy does not qualify or if it is canceled before the payout date, it will not count towards the eligible premium count. The one-time bonus will be sent by Attune within 30 business days of promotion end date as a separate commission payment to the payment method used for all commission payouts.
