Moratorium: Hurricane Ian

10/5 Effective immediately, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia BOP moratoriums are lifted. The below BOP moratorium in the state of Florida remains in effect until further notice. *Please note, if you have been impacted by the hurricane Ian FL moratorium, normal billing cycles will resume 11/28. Additionally, effective immediately, Neptune Flood has LIFTED the moratorium for the following areas: * Florida * Tier-1 counties in MS, AL, and GA 9/28 Effective immediately, North Carolina is included in the below moratorium for Hurricane Ian. 9/27 Effective immediately, South Carolina and Georgia are included in the below moratorium for Hurricane Ian. 9/26 Effective immediately, requests to change Blackboard, Accredited BOP, and AIG Excess coverage (adding new business, any increase in limits or addition of new locations on existing business, or any changes in existing coverage and deductibles) in following states are under a binding moratorium until further notice: * Florida Additionally, effective immediately, Neptune Flood has issued a moratorium for the following areas: * Florida * Tier-1 counties in MS, AL, and GA The majority of Neptune's employees live in the Tampa Bay area. With the support of Neptune Flood, most are evacuating and will have continued access to electricity/Wi-Fi, the Customer Success Team will be prioritizing FNOLs (First Notice of Loss) and any claim requests/correspondence rather than general inquiries over the coming days.
