Effective immediately this moratorium is LIFTED for all classes besides contractors. The moratorium will be lifted for contractors on 9/15/2023. Contractor policies effective on or after 9/15/2023 may be quoted and bound as normal.

Effective immediately, a binding moratorium is in place for the state of California due to Hurricane Hilary effective Friday, August 18 until after the event. All requests to change the Attune BOP (Accredited) coverage (adding new business, any increase in limits or addition of new locations on existing business, or any changes in existing coverage and deductibles) in the state of California are under a binding moratorium until further notice. New business contractors will be subject to an additional waiting period after the moratorium. This will not apply to renewal accounts within this segment.
